MARIOLA HOMONCIK

Mariola Homoncik is a multi-faceted polish designer based in Poland and creating from 2021.

Now everything is sewed and developed by order from my studio in Cracow. I focused on shapes and cuts, aesthetics in sustainable way and traditional craftsmanship. I create focus from choosing good materials to at the end of the loop and using offcuts from production to create new meaningful products.

By meeting this process I developed how use all cut-off fabrics from production to create new styles. This way of creation allow me to explore new ways of design. Thanks to this my clothes are free from trend-led boundaries.

 In my garments I try to explore relationship between human, body and shape. Attention to fit, fabric and print makes customers body feel confidence, strong and feeling comfortable in their skin. I keen on emphasizing a slower, more sustainable approach to fashion retailing.
