Tomaš Pozlevič is the owner and patron of TFH Concept — a platform dedicated to contemporary design and craftsmanship across Central and Eastern Europe. Through this initiative, he supports emerging artists and creative projects that explore the meaning of true creativity in today's world.

Robert Kalinowski I Operational Director

He works on organizing fashion events and building relationships with fashion brands. He approaches fashion as an art form – unconventional cuts, avant-garde shapes, and original narratives. Interested in contemporary art – especially theatre and performance. Values in both fashion and art the pursuit of boundaries, breaking conventions, and creating emotional experiences.

Pidżej I Sales and Customer Experience Coordinator

Pidżej is a fashion personality, model, and stylist who blends identity with bold self-expression. His work highlights gender-inclusive tailoring, playful dialogue with classic menswear, and elements of deconstruction. He masters the balance between oversized silhouettes, sharp contrasts, and metallic details, creating looks that challenge convention. With a keen sense of modern, non-toxic masculinity, his fashion is less about trends and more about making a manifesto of freedom and authenticity.

Sebastian Flik I Sales and Showroom Coordinator

The passion for photography began with capturing emotions in portraits and nudes. In everyday life, he combines a love for fashion with a fondness for vintage and second-hand finds, embracing elegance and simplicity. He is particularly fond of shirts and blazers, owning an impressive collection. With minimal expense—often using high-quality fabrics—he manages to create something that looks truly luxurious. On top of that, he has a deep love for shoes and collects them in a wide range of styles, from unique sneakers to distinctive loafers.
